New research has shown that Sunday 23rd October is the optimum date to ‘reboot’ your health. Taking time to support the body’s immune system before the winter kicks in is incredibly important to keep your body healthy and happy right through to spring.

Over half of Brits (51%) said they don’t make any changes to their body to prepare for the colder months, yet, a healthy and nutritious diet can give you energy and support you through the autumn and winter months and may help you deal with the effects of everyday stress, as well as a lack of sleep.

Nearly half (47%) of Brits eat fewer healthy foods in the autumn compared to in the summer, and only one in five people make an effort to eat healthy in the colder seasons. Furthermore, less than a quarter (22%) take vitamins and supplements to help support their body’s immune system at this critical time of year.
