The clock change is just around the corner, we've got an extra hour in bed to look forward to! But with it comes the darker, colder nights' meaning we're spending even more time in our boudoirs! Add the increasing energy bills into the mix, and our bedrooms are getting more attention now than ever before, with the majority of us choosing to snuggle up in the comfort of the covers. But how is this change affecting our sleep? New research has revealed that only half us are getting ONE good night's sleep a week. We've all been grumpy in the morning from a restless night, but not getting enough kip can actually have a serious effect on your health, with restlessness being blamed for impaired concentration, increased stress levels and even weight gain.
