Despite the mornings getting brighter, new research reveals that many Brits look to a cup of coffee to get them out of bed and put a spring in their step this time of year. We’re all guilty of pressing the snooze button when we’re too tired to wake up, but feeling alert in the mornings is proving more and more crucial, especially for those of us getting up for work. Many of us admit to making mistakes, lacking concentration and even calling in sick if we are too tired to function, which is costing businesses billions in sick leave and productivity.
