What do Sprouts, Cauliflower and Cabbage all Have in Common?

Posted by Brittany on 11 July 2011

So today I'm in the studio talking all about fussy eaters.

I know that when I was small I was an incredibly fussy eater. In fact, my Dad used to change the names of vegetables in order to trick me into eating them - until I was about 6 I used to think that mushrooms were actually called 'Chicken Hammers'. I know. Shocking parenting.

Research has shown that 20% of under fives are fussy eaters, not too shocking I hear you cry, but almost a third of adults class themselves as fussy eaters! This stat is a lot more interesting - as how are we supposed to get our children eating a healthy, wide range of different foods when we won't do so ourselves?

I'm not too bad. So long as you keep the coriander away from me, I'm happy.
