Jo and I had a studio session today with the very lovely Linda Papodopolis, celebrating the release of a new Celebration Report!

it seems that us Brit's don't think we have much to celebrate - but we need to take time out of our day to smile about the small things. Now, we're not telling everyone to break into a whooping and clapping fit every time they are in a good mood, but maybe letting ourselves feel good about the bright bits of the day: someone offering to make you a cup of tea, your favourite song being played on the radio or a stranger offering up their seat on the bus.......
