SPORTS Drinks: It's In The Name

Are you sitting at your desk drinking a sports drink but have done absolutely no exercise this morning?
If the answer to that was 'yes,' then you should probably stop. Now.
Research out today has shown that, despite being targeted at people doing high endurance exercise - 11 million Brits are still drinking sports drinks unnecessarily.
And its not just the inactive who are turning to fizz over water, with most people heading off to the gym without their water bottle...
So if you're a culprit - stop what you're doing and grab a glass. Or at least listen to Paul Gately, Professor of Excercise and Obesity at Leeds Metropolitan Uni, whose joining us in the studio this morning to tell you exactly what you should be drinking...
