‘Generation Rent’ has been the ‘buzz phrase’ on the lips of every one this week as a new Halifax survey revealed an overwhelming wave of pessimism amongst today’s society of renters.

Spot on I’d say… any hopes of a mortgage I ever had are swiftly dashed each time that hefty monthly rent check disappears from my bank account.

With the likes of BBC breakfast, ITV central, 5 live and Newsbeat (to name but a few) I was whipped into a frenzy of the busiest studio session of all time!
