Claim Today Solicitors is accusing David Cameron of robbing millions of people of their right to justice as the Government goes through the final stages of abolishing the 'no win no fee' legal system. The government argues they are trying to end our so called compensation culture but with two thirds of accident victims never actually making a claim - is it true to say Britain even has a compensation culture?

One thing is clear from today's interview, if you do have a legitimate claim from an accident that wasn't your fault, the clock is ticking to make a claim, before time time runs out!
