So, how clean is your house... really? I'm in the studio this morning talking all about household chores and the changing role of women over the past 50 years.

Women are feeling more pressure than ever to perform on all fronts - home, family, relationships, work... so where's the 'me time'? New research has shown that modern women only have an hour to themselves every day - that's only one episode of Hollyoaks and half an hour of Dragons Den in my world!
The message of today is that women really need to chill out - don't clean before the cleaner comes, and get blokes in the rubber gloves scrubbing the oven!

My boyfriend Hoovers, cleans the oven and washes up. He's quite well trained, and I think I can put up picking up his socks off the bathroom floor if he gets down and dirty with the oven ever month.....
