I'm here in the studio with Aimee Gee and Adnan Sarwar encouraging civilians and soldiers alike to sign up for the Soldiers' Challenge 2012.
May 19th will see London's well known landscape totally transformed into a giant playground - paint balling at Waterloo, bar matt flipping in famous pubs, abseiling in The City... and it's all to raise money for ABF The Soldiers' Charity.
